Web Designer
About The Role:
We are seeking a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Web Designer Intern (Fresher) to join our professional design and development team at TAP Digital Services. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh engineering graduates, UI/UX students, or self-taught creatives who are eager to launch their professional career in web design and gain valuable, hands-on industry experience inside an established tech agency.
As an intern at our Mohali, Punjab development center, you will not be working on simulated tasks. You will be fully integrated into our production floor, learning how real consumer websites, mobile app front-ends, and high-converting business landing pages are planned, designed, and deployed for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior UI/UX architects in designing, updating, and polishing responsive website layouts, product landing pages, and interactive interface components.
- Create visually engaging wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using modern industry design tools like Figma, Adobe XD.
- Support front-end developers in converting static design mockups into responsive, fast-loading web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Collaborate daily with backend software engineers, QA testers, and digital marketing teams to ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and optimal system usability.
- Conduct basic competitor research on modern layout design trends, global user behavior patterns, and structural accessibility standards to optimize our product layouts.
Key Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX concepts and responsive design.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop or Illustrator.
